Mead Tasting and Paint Your Own Pottery Nights in November

Enjoy a fun night out with friends at our Studio in Springville. We've paired up with Wooden Yurt Meads and Wine, to create a relaxed Friday before the crazy holiday rush begins. Cost for the event is $50.00 per person, and space is limited.

The price includes:

1. Intimate creative setting (only 8 spots per event night) in the pottery studio at Spring Creek Arts.
2. Selection of one bowl OR one mug to glaze.
3. A short demo on glazes, how to apply and what colors to choose.
4. A sampling of six Meads (honey wine; contains alcohol) with an explanation of each wine.
5. A curated selection of light snacks to go with the Meads.
6. The firing of your mug or bowl (to be done after the event. We will let you know of pick up date for your finished piece).

FAQ:

• This is only for adults 21 and over. Sorry but we can't accommodate children at this event.
• This is not a wheel throwing event. The pottery you select will be in a form that can be glazed. This is a paint the pottery event only.
• You will not go home with your piece you glazed that night. It has to be fired in the kiln which takes around 8 hours so we will let the group know when their pieces will be ready for pick up.
• You can only do one mug or one bowl at the event because of time restrictions.
• Snacks will be provided and we will include some vegan and GF.
• The Meads are made on premise and if you like what you taste, you can purchase your favorite at the event.
• Meads contain alcohol so if you can't drink alcohol you may want to pass on this event. And again, we cannot accommodate children at this event.

Once you sign up an email will be sent to you with more details so you're well prepared for the night. We hope to see you there!
